Aw…. now I feel all warm and fuzzy
Just got this in my email. (posted with permission)
I received the tags and I am very happy in what I have purchased. The quality is unbelievable. It is more than what I expected. I want to thank you so much and I am every pleased with your service. I will make sure that I can create more business for you in the future.
Remember when I opened up the shopping cart for tags? yeah, it was flooey.. Maureen ordered some tags from me and the cart goofed up her order. Not only did it charge her shipping but NYS tax as well (she’s not in NYS). She was overcharged by almost $7.00! Fortunately, Paypal lets me do a partial refund so she got her $$ back quickly.
Then to top things off, I was putting her tag order in and my browser hiccuped.. (we lost power.. thanks to some very fun thunderstorms.. not!) so one of her tag orders was goofed up.
Seriously, this is not how I usually do things… I got it all straighted out with Red Dingo (they are awesome!) but there was a chance she would get a tag that was incorrect. So I gave her a heads up… because I would want to know.
I work with customers all day long at my day job. In the mortgage industry which is volitile to say the least right now.. so I try very hard to keep the lines of communication open.
Thank you, Maureen for confirming that inspite of computer “hiccups”.. I’m doing things the right way!
Oh, and for those of you who want tags, I promise the store is my first priority! I’ve got all my sewing done so I should have the “new and improved” store open for tags very soon..
Collars and leashes will follow shortly after!
