For the first time ever, I’m unhappy with Amazon
I got my light box today.. it’s way wicked cool.. like really awesome .. but when it got here, I was afraid of what the box might look like.
This.. THIS is how my box arrived from Amazon.. now I suppose this could be UPS.. but wait.. you’ll see inside the box.. it was Poorly poorly packaged… BIG time.

I have had a similar experience that WAS totally UPS’s bad handling, my contents were so securely bubble and rebubble and re-rebubble wrapped that it was amazing everything inside did not shatter into pieces BUT not only was the package beaten terribly before it got off the truck to me, my UPS man was seen dropping it off the back of the truck and then slammed it down on my concrete store floor when he delivered it and I refused to sign the acceptance line on his electronic notepad until I opened it-
luckily the custom made jewelry showcase I had ordered was not damaged but you should have seen the poor inner AND outer box! Glad your product was ok!
Jan, I’m glad my stuff is ok too! I know UPS probably did bang it up, but it was the packaging itself that was poor… if there was any of those air bubbles in there it would have kept things from banging around so much inside.. for that I blame Amazon. When I pack things, I assume it’s going to be poorly handled…
