Chocolate Espresso Cake Yield: 1 – 10″ cake
Ingredients:
1 lb unsalted butter
1 cup granulated sugar
1 cup brewed espresso
11 oz. semisweet chocolate, chopped
5 oz. unsweetened chocolate, chopped
8 eggs slightly beaten
glaze (from below)
Method:
In a 2 qt. saucepan, bring the butter, sugar and espresso to a boil. Remove from heat, add the chocolate and whisk in all at once. Whisk in the eggs. Pour the batter into a greased and paper lined 10 inch cake pan. Bake in a water bath in a preheated 350 degree oven for 30 to 35 minutes. Let the cake cool overnight before inverting it for serving. (tip: if it sticks spin the pan over a hot burner quickly… invert and bang the heck out of it.) Glaze cake with the recipe below

8 oz semi-sweet choc. chopped

things have slowed down a bit. My Targie has a hematoma on his spleen, which means surgery to remove it. We are hoping that this is nothing and not a malignant tumor.
Cross your fingers and paws for my boy.

So, I thought my store was ready to Roll out so I had Shel test it for me… and she got the payment page…
..and got confused…
ut oh…
I had the paypal express option enabled. Sort of lets you bypass all the “fill out your billing information” etc.. She said she saw that and said “Well, I don’t WANT to use my now defunct paypal account.. buh bye.”
Great…
So I redid it with a different payment option.. but now I have to go through and edit a page or two so that people realize that you CAN use a credit card… but that paypal is my credit card processor.. so yes, you will go to the paypal page but no you dont’ need to use your paypal account..
If I had more money to blow, I’d sign up with Authorize.net and get an SSL, but that’s $26.00 a year for the SSL cert plus $45 for the dedicated IP PLUS $30.00 a month for credit card services… if I did that, well, there would go my profits…
~sigh~.. and I thought I was done..
Oh well.. I’ll look at it like Coding practice.. I guess.

Fifty three people have signed up for my grand opening..
woah.
I’m almost there though.. just a little functionality issues I need to hammer out. Right now you can only shop by fabric, and choose your size from there.. and I have to make three sizes of collars today to determine how big they get and how small they get.. I’ve been making these sizes to order and haven’t really kept track of their range.

And I just noticed that I’ve actually gotten this far without a favicon.. what the heck!
