These are only in flickr right now. Hopefully tonight I’ll get them up in the shop!
They are all 1 inch wide and adjust from 14″ to 20″ but for most of them you can special order any size! Some patterns look better at diifferent sizes so I’ll be sure to recommend what size dog collar would look the best!
Wow! We have gotten almost a foot of snow! The girls are very happy
I’ve also started a group on Flickr.. if you have pics of your dog in one of my collars, please add it to the pool! I’ve already added some but if you want to show off your dog, that would be the place to do it!
I am not known for my organizational skills. Well, that’s not true. At my day job, I’m a whiz! Maybe because I’ve been doing some incarnation of that job for over 10 years. (YIKES!)
Usually, what happens is I outgrow my space and then don’t upgrade. And then I run out of stuff and don’t realize it. Annoying!
This is how I used to store my hardware and webbing.
This box is 8.5 by 11.
The Most organized Drawer
Er.. the 3/4 inch hardware
This is all the tiny hardware and all the extra stuff like split rings and charms
Today, I went to Wally World and dished out $42.50 for Big Momma here.
Big Momma: She's a tackle Box.
Isn’t she purty?
Check it out.
Here is all my 5/8 Inch Hardware and some extranous stuff
All my 3/4 inch hardware.
See that Lonely Little D-ring? yeah.. see what I mean? I had no idea.
All the 1 1/2 inch and 2 inch hardware. I kept it in bags since I don't have an individual spot for each item.
Leash Clips on the side. Not sure why the dividers have little slots. Probably a fishing thing.
Webbing at a Glance in the top bit.
These are less than a half inch wide.. Yes that bag says CAT . I have some safety clips for cat collars. This is one of the three small boxes that go in the side bit there.
Is this not perfection? Now I can use the old box for invoices and orders waiting to be made.
I think I’m going to put some pre-made collars in the store. I think that people might be more willing to “impulse” buy if they don’t have to wait! What do you think? I think it might work out pretty well.
I’ve used 3/4 inch webbing and a square ring for the loopy bit.. there is a double-O slider that can be used to keep the lead from being too loose around the dogs neck and a D-Ring up by the handle for tags.
I put the d-ring there for Agility people. I know quite a few use a slip lead only for agility trials. I thought it was a neat idea. What do you think?
I was honored with another request from Basja’s mom. She had more fabric laying around the house and she asked if I could make two more collars for her sweet Dane Basja… so of course I said yes. I finished them up last night.

What do you think? Should I start making martingales on a regular basis? I’ve had some practice now and I’m really starting to get a feel for them.
