Sew Crazy Dog Lady, it’s affiliates and owner cannot be held responsible for any injury or damage that may result from the use of these products. Please use good judgment and common sense in determining appropriate use for any pet collar or lead that you purchase. As with all pet collars and leads on the market, they should be inspected regularly.
Sew Crazy Dog Lady products are not made for tie out use and are designed for supervised use only. These are fashion collars and leads and are not guaranteed against breakage, destruction, damage as a result of misuse or teeth.
Consumer accepts all responsibility by purchasing and using these products. These products are not to replace responsible dog ownership or proper leash manners.
PRODUCT DISPLAY AND COLORS
This site attempts to display product images as accurately as possible. However, we can not guarantee that the color you see matches the product color. Note that the display of color may depend, in part, upon the monitor you are using.
SALES TAX
Customers living in New York State will be charged 8% sales tax.
PAYMENT AND SHIPPING
I use PayPal only because it protects you and it protects me! You can use any major credit card through PayPal. You do not need a PayPal account to buy from me. If you pay by e-Check, your order will not be shipped, nor will your tags be ordered until the check clears your account.
INTERNATIONAL BUYERS:
You may be required to pay a customs tax. I’m sorry, but I cannot anticipate what that will be. (And in case you were thinking of asking, I will not put “gift” on the customs form. That’s sort of illegal ya know. But I know you wouldn’t think of asking, right?)
