Shipping & Returns

Shipping:

Please allow 2 to 3 weeks for your item to be shipped since I do need to make your items. I use the US Post Office to ship collars, leashes and other handcrafted items. You will be charged the actual shipping. I absorb the cost of the delivery tracking confirmation number. For higher priced items, insurance is available upon request. You will receive an email with a tracking number when your item goes out. (excluding Red Dingo Tags)

International Buyers (non-USA Residents): You may have to pay a customs tax according to the laws of your country. I cannot estimate how much that will be. You are responsible for paying this tax. I also cannot provide a tracking number for international orders.

Red Dingo Tags are shipped from Red Dingo and usually arrive in 2 to 3 weeks.

Returns- Handcrafted Items Only

Since my handcrafted items are made to order, there is some variation in pattern to be expected. Please be sure to carefully measure your dogs neck before ordering.

That being said:
All collar sizes are clearly marked in the store, but I understand that sometimes it’s hard to choose if your dog is right on the edge of a size. I will accept one exchange per item for SIZE ONLY. Exchanges must be made within 30 days of delivery. International buyers: I encourage you to email me when you receive your items. Otherwise your request for exchange may not be honored.

I expect that the item you are sending back to me is returned in the condition it came to you in. As soon as I receive your original handcrafted item back, I will begin crafting your replacement. Your replacement will be of the same fabric pattern as your original order. Please allow an additional 2 to 3 weeks for me to recreate your item. You are responsible for the shipping fees to return your unwanted items for exchange. I will pay the shipping to send your replacement to you.

Alternately, a store credit may be issued upon request and upon receipt of your original item in its original condition. Refunds are on a case by case only.

Sew Crazy Dog Lady products are not made for tie out use and are designed for supervised use only. These are fashion collars and leads and are not guaranteed against breakage, destruction, damage as a result of misuse, pulling or teeth!

Returns: Red Dingo Tags:

When I order your tags from Red Dingo, I copy and paste EXACTLY what was submitted in your order. When you receive your email confirmation, please review your information for accuracy immediately and notify me of any corrections. Tags cannot be modified once the order has been placed with Red Dingo.
